Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all facial mask and skincare products are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or used.

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • The product arrived leaking or broken due to shipping issues

Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue are required

Refund Processing
